When will my order arrive?

Items in stock at our UK fulfilment centre are usually delivered in 2-5 days.

Items on backorder typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an estimated lead time. Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre we will provide tracking information.

For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order to check stock availability.

How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING applies to UK mainland orders over £50.00 + VAT with the exception of apparel and items weighing in excess of 30 kg.

Shipping for apparel is calculated based on geographic location and heavy items will be charged on a case-by-case basis. Shipping for orders below £50.00 + VAT is charged at £6.95 + VAT.

Contact us for international shipping rates. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect a transaction to be fraudulent or in breach of agreements with our suppliers.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are acceptable within 28 days of delivery (by law you have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to complete the return), providing the item is in a resalable condition and in its original packaging.

All returns must be pre-authorised prior to shipping. Unauthorised returns may be refused and additional carriage costs may be incurred.

Free returns are accepted for items with a total weight of less than 20 kg, providing goods are returned in their original packaging and unused. Failure to return goods in a resalable condition may result in a restocking fee of £25.00 plus VAT or 20% of the invoice value, whichever is greater.

Shipping for packages weighing in excess of 20 kg will be quoted on an individual basis and agreed with the customer before the return can be authorised.  

Any goods returned for product defect or warranty issues will not incur a restocking fees, but must still have appropriate authorisation.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation, so if you cancel your order but still receive the package we will have it collected free of charge.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis depending on stock levels. Please contact us and we will do our best to help solve the problem.
